Picture Update

So we went to the Deer Valley Rock Art Center on Saturday. It's about 3 miles from my house and I've never even seen it. And they were having a festival so it was free.

Petroglyphs are cool.


I call this one "Don't touch those squirrel's nuts!" (Willy Wonka). The squirrels come up and get corn from the corn grinding exhibit. Zander loved that.

Zander and I visited the Children's Museum of Phoenix for the first time. I think we need a membership! We met some playgroup friends there and the kids had a great time!

4. How does your mom make you laugh? "Nothing." I asked nothing I do makes you laugh. "Yeah, you do hard work instead of playing."

5. What was your mom like as a child? "Maybe a brother and sister" .... "Play."

6. How old is your mom? He wanted me to whisper it in his ear and I told him to guess. So he guessed "15"

7. How tall is your mom? "40 inches"

8. What is her favorite thing to do? "Play with me."

9. What does your mom do when you're not around? "Go to work."

10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for? "Painting" (??)

11. What is your mom really good at? "Playing"

12. What does your mom do for her job? "Work at the firefighter office." I asked what I do there he said "Call phone calls"

13. What is your mom's favorite food? "Tostadas"

14. What makes you proud of your mom? "Sometimes she plays with me."

15. If your mom were a cartoon character, who would she be? "Sam I Am"

16. What do you and your mom do together? "Read stories. Play."

17. How are you and your mom different? "We have different eyes, we don't have the same clothes. And our feet are not the same size."

18. How do you know your mom loves you? "Because she has a ring on her." .... "Whenever you look at the heart it means you love me and you think of me."

19. What does your mom like most about your dad? "Tickling your twisty parts." And I said I don't like it when you and Daddy tickle me, it's not fair. And "Makes you laugh"

20. Where is your mom's favorite place to go? "Castles and Roller Coasters. To your work. Universal Studios."
